At Gym Machines HQ, we’re committed to fast, reliable shipping for every order. All products are shipped directly from our U.S. partner warehouses to ensure the quickest delivery times and best service.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.
Shipping Method
Most large gym equipment is shipped via freight carrier due to size and weight. Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel services such as UPS or FedEx.
Freight Delivery
Freight shipments are curbside deliveries only. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure you are available during your scheduled window. Additional services such as liftgate or inside delivery may be available for an extra charge.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free freight shipping on most orders within the contiguous U.S. unless otherwise noted. Expedited or special delivery options may incur additional fees.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us at info@gymmachineshq.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damage. We’ll work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible and must follow our return policy.
