Refund Policy/Return Policy

Gym Machines HQ guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you receive an item that is defective/damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with pictures of the item showing the defect/damage. We will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our discretion.

• Returns accepted for 30 days
• Returns must include a RA# issued by Gym Machines HQ upon request by the customer
• Product must be returned, at the buyer's expense, in original packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories
• Refunds are issued upon inspection. Assessments will be made for damage or missing parts
• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned and on refused shipments
• Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.
